Heath Crunch Cake

As promised, I'm back to share the delicious recipe for Heath Crunch Cake. It is so simple, and very yummy.

Heath Crunch Cake

1 box yellow or white cake mix

1 jar caramel ice cream topping

1 - 8oz. package frozen whipped topping

2 or 3 Heath bars, chopped into small pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and bake in 9x13 pan. Let baked cake cool, then poke holes in top of cake. Pour caramel ice cream topping over cake. Spread whipped topping over cake, then top with candy bar pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

The woman who gave me the recipe said it is even tastier when refrigerated overnight. Unfortunately, in my family of 6, it doesn't last more than a couple hours! They don't seem to mind, though. Give it a try, and see what you think!
